The clients

The buyers are a Scottish couple in their forties and fifties who fell in love with Cesky Krumlov while on holiday. Unable to invest in a second property in UK due to market conditions there they were in a position to buy a property here as a good investment and to enjoy coming here for holidays. The result

The loft space cost a 100.000 kcs to finish off (insulation, plasterboarding, and a couple of new custom-made windows). Since then, the buyers have been happily coming for holidays, and occassionally the place is let. If you want to rent it or are interested in how they have furnished the house go to http://www.ceskykrumlovhouse.co.uk  And as the value of Cesky Krumlov properties is rising, the house is now worth more than double their original investment.
