“Customer” – the person(s) for whom the Service are provided
“Services” – includes one or more of the following:-
(i) advising and assisting the Customer to find a
property in South Bohemia, Czech Republic, as defined on the website
(ii) introducing the Customer to estate agents, and
related professional providers of services, to enable the purchase of a
property
(iii) providing or arranging accommodation for the
Customer in relation to (i)
(iv) such other specific services as are agreed
between the Service Provider and the Customer
1 The Service Provider agrees to provide and the
Customer agrees to accept and pay for the Services.
2 The Service Provider will provide the Services
properly and with due care.
3 The Customer will pay for the Services promptly
when invoiced by the Service Provider. All costs associated with 3rd
parties providing goods or services to the Customer are the direct
responsibility of the Customer
4 The Service Provider provides the Services for the
Customer in good faith. The Customer has sole responsibility for any
decisions to purchase a property and any related decisions and the
Service Provider shall have no responsibility.
